I wanted to complete my order but a product is suddenly no longer available?
We are sorry that you were unable to complete your order. When you place an item in your shopping bag, it does not mean that it is reserved for you, so it is possible that someone else ordered the item, even if it's in your shopping bag.
How can I be sure that my order was received correctly?

Can I cancel my order?
If your order has not been sent yet, it is no problem to cancel the order. Even if you have already paid for the order, we will then transfer the amount back to you as soon as possible.

What is the gift service?
Want to surprise someone with cute and trendy baby -or kids fashion items, choose during the ordering process for the gift service. For €1,50 we make sure that the items are gift wrapped, there is also room for a personal message to the recipient. You can choose to have the order either delivered to the recipient or to your home address.
Order with or without an account?
To place an order, it is obviously not required to create an account. Creating an account provides you however with the following benefits:

Is the size I want in stock?
When the size desired by you is no longer available on the website, this means that it can not be ordered at the time. However, it is possible that an item will be available again, for example, through a canceled order or because there will be a new supply of the article.

Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an item that is indicated to be in stock, appears to be unavailable. In that case we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you the opportunity to choose another article or size or cancel the item or the entire order.
